Water based all surface, all purpose white-pigmented primer and sealer. Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is a versatile product which can be used on many interior and exterior surfaces including drywall, wood, masonry, metal and gloss surfaces. It is very flexible and has excellent stain blocking properties for solvent soluble stains. This product can be re-coated after 1 hour.

Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is formulated with high performance propriety resins making it the go-to primer for binding chalky surfaces such as aluminium or previously painted siding. It offers great adhesion without sanding and is mould and mildew resistant. 1-2-3 also inhibits rust formation when applied over clean ferrous metals and, unlike, other water-based primers, it dries to a smooth, tight film and resists flash rusting.
