Top sashes are often under used because they are hard to open due to their height. Ventilation is most effective when both top and bottom sashes are both open. This top quality Sash Pole provides a traditional, attractive and safe solution to the problem of opening an out of reach top sash.
When a sash eye has been attached to the upper sash the Sash Pole can be used to pull down (or push up) the upper sash in a safe manner, avoiding the need to climb on stools or hang out of the window.
